Hi, I’m Lauren (she/her). Thank you for visiting my website. I’m so glad you are here.
Birth is one of the most profound and transformative experiences a person can have. It can be unpredictable, dynamic and intense, and is often a time in your life when you might feel the most vulnerable. But, it can also be when you feel your most powerful.
An experienced doula by your side provides encouragement, support, and guidance as you navigate the birth process, work through your "crisis of confidence" and discover your own innate strength. The evidence clearly shows that when birthing persons are continuously supported by a doula, they are more likely to have positive and satisfying birth experiences with less medical intervention and better maternal and neonatal outcomes.
I am passionate about being with those giving birth. I would be deeply honoured to be with you, by your side, during your birthing journey.
