My Birth Mapping Sessions help you and your partner explore those pathways ahead of time so you can approach birth feeling informed, prepared, and confident.
In this signature two-session experience, we walk through the common ways labour and birth may unfold—from spontaneous labour to induction, assisted birth, or cesarean. Together, we talk through the decision points that can arise so you understand your options and feel ready to navigate whatever path your birth takes.
Rather than creating a rigid plan, Birth Mapping helps you build a flexible framework for birth based on your values and priorities. It also helps partners feel more prepared and confident in their role.
