• 24/7 On-call from 38 Weeks for continuous labour and birth support at home and in hospital 

• 1 Postnatal Visit for Birth Debrief

• Unlimited contact via phone, text or email during your entire pregnancy

• Access to library of  books and resources, including birthing balls and TENS machine

• 1 complimentary obligation-free meet-and-greet

• 1 Prenatal meeting about 37-38 weeks to discuss postpartum needs and preferences (1 hour)

• 9 hours of postpartum support (divided up with how best suits you with minimum 3-hr sessions*) to include the following:

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Assisting you with your baby-caring – i.e. bathing, swaddling, settling, bathing, and sleeping routines 

  • Caring for baby so you can rest, shower, go for a walk

  • Helping out with siblings while you need to be with baby (or vice versa)

  • Light house work, cooking, doing laundry, running errands

• Unlimited contact via phone, text or email during your entire pregnancy and 12 weeks postpartum

• Access to my library of birthing books and resources
