I work within a small close-knit team of experienced doulas who support families together. When you hire me as your primary doula, you also benefit from the shared wisdom, continuity, and reassurance of our entire team.
On the rare occasion that you need in-person support while I’m attending another birth, I can call on one of these trusted doulas to be by your side.
All of my clients benefit from this shared foundation. You can feel confident knowing we take a physiology-first approach to birth—supporting the body so labour can unfold naturally and spontaneously—alongside a consistent style of care and experience in techniques such as OMP and acupressure. Most importantly, we have deep trust in one another, so whoever is with you will show up fully, with skill, care, and commitment.
